You'll end up with a far from complete reconstructed file system and a pile of nameless JPEG, DOC, XLS, MP4 etc, etc. In this area these tools do better when compared to popular end user type software like Stellar, RecoverIt, DiskDrill etc., really a whole list of those, which in at least my tests fall back to RAW recovery quickly. RAW, signature based recovery is a last resort.
